The GIE monoï de Tahiti and the Monoï de Tahiti association bring together the best specialists in the natural resources of Tahiti and its islands. Their missions are to inspire new beauty and well-being rituals drawn from the source of Ra'au Tahiti, and to defend the Appellation of Origin and the interests of the sector.

The technical committee of the GIE monoï de Tahiti and the association Monoï de Tahiti regroup scientists and professionals of the personal care industry and bring its expertise to support the missions of the Institute

- Promoting Research and Development on Monoi de Tahiti
- Gathering analytical knowledge on the Tiare Tahiti flower and Tahitian Coconut
- Studying Monoi’s active and sensorial properties
- Designing inspiration and sample formulas based on Monoi de Tahiti
- Publishing technical information
- Managing the conformity of Monoi de Tahiti with international regulation

Founded by the historic members of the “Interprofessional Group of Monoï de Tahiti - Institut du Monoï”, the GIE monoï de Tahiti and the Monoï de Tahiti association bring together the main producers of Monoï de Tahiti Appellation of Origin: Heïva Cosmétiques de Tahiti, Laboratoire de Cosmétologie du Pacifique Sud, Parfumerie Sachet, Parfumerie Tiki, Tahiti Oil Factory.
